Job Description:
1. Dealing directly with customers.

9. Serving as the link between the customer and the other departments in the business.
10. Soliciting additional product or service sales.
11. Maintaining customer records of orders, complaints, comments, inquiries, billing etc.
12. Capturing customer information.
2: Regional Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent
A1. RC shall ensure that sufficient stock of coins is available in the branches as per their potential for sale.
A2. RC shall inform MPMC, HO about the monthly requirement for each branch, based on targets fixed / sales reported and follow up with MPMC for getting the stock on a weekly basis..
A3. RC should watch the sales v/s target and stock. If excess stock is available in any branch, it should be transferred to other branches where stock is required.
A4. He should ensure that the stock / Sales book are maintained in all branches and daily stock positions as per MPMC stock record in the web site are in agreement with the physical stock.
A5. Regional Coordinator should reconcile the stock in the branches on a weekly basis and send report to MPMC on the closure of business on every Saturday.
B. Target
B1. MPMC will fix a target every month for each region. The target will be fixed based on previous sales & expected future sales.
B2. RC should subdivide the target among branches in the region based on their past sales and potential for sales.
B3. RC should review every week the target and sales, to ensure that target will be achieved by month end. Review should be taken on a weekly basis and follow up action may be taken with report to MPMC.
C. Marketing
C1. MPMC is on regular basis is coming out with many programme to increase the sales and MPMC is supplying marketing materials to be distributed among the branches in their respective region. The RC should see that the materials are distributed to all the branches as advised by the MPMC.
C2. RC shall coordinate with all the branches and see that the marketing materials distributed by MPMC is utilised properly.
C3. Proper follow with branches shall be made by the RC over phone or by personal contact to motivate the staff for marketing and popularizing our products.
C4. When some functions or festivals in their area of operation are happening the RC should take initiative for popularising our products by organising public awareness campaign.
Sales
D1. RC should follow up with each branch for increasing the sales.
D2. On a weekly basis branch to identify the non performers and shall contact them for motivating the non performing branches. A report of sales to target shall be send on a weekly basis to MPMC incorporating the details of nonperforming branches and step taken by the coordinator to activate such branches.

E. Incentive
E1. The RC will be given an incentive of 0.1% of the value of coins (excluding tax) for the entire sales of the region for each month at present and likely to be changed from time to time. The incentive is related to the target hence each RC shall see that the target allotted to their region is achieved in time.
F. General
F1. Regional Coordinator shall ensure that all register such as gold coin receipt & despatch register, stock register, sales register, gold in transit register, cash book etc. etc. are maintained properly and up to date.
F2. RC should ensure that the posters & Banners of gold coins are properly displayed and sufficient leaflets are available in all the branches. Also they should inform the requirements of such publicity materials to MPMC,
F3. The regional coordinator shall send an email, every morning by 10.30 AM giving in brief the work done by him on the previous day. This should include, the despatch of coins, phone calls he made for follow up, problems faced, any special developments / information etc. etc.
G. For RC with Accounting Duties
G1. Day to day checking and re-conciliation of Central Office sales entry with Muthoot coins web site and sending confirmation to MPMC HO every day.
G2. Taking printout and filing of day-to-day debit and credit vouchers and checking the same.
G3. Filing of monthly VAT returns.
G4. Co-ordination with tax consultants with regards to VAT audit filing.
G5. Attending yearly VAT audit and prepare and submit necessary documents for the same.
G6. Tallying of physical coin stock with WEB stock on regular basis.
G7. Necessary registration renewals with Sales Tax office for MPMC branch office and necessary documentation of the same.
