Ø      The coins will be send to the Door Step provided the place of delivery is in the same Corporation/ Municipality/ or Panchayath within the radius of 20 Kms.

Ø      Delivery of Gold Coins/Silver Coins/ Bars purchased online will be delivered at your door step after 3 working days from the date of payment.

Ø      All our Gold Coins/Silver Coins/ Bars will come to you in tamper proof blister packing with certificate of purity on the packing card.

Ø      Coins once purchase under the cash on delivery scheme, shall not be cancelled when the coin reaches at your door step.

Ø      Muthoot Precious Metals Corporation has the right to reject the order, if any order deemed invalid. If the payment for the same is already transferred to us, it will be refunded.

Ø      If there is any delay in the delivery time, the same will be intimated to the customer in advance 

Ø      Refund on cancellation of any order received before effecting the  delivery may attract cancellation charges

Ø      Request for cancellation after successful delivery will not be entertained.
